At Lunar Wisdom, we pour deep intention, time, and expertise into every reading, report, and session. We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in your investment. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or credits may be issued.
1. Live Readings & Consultations
Due to the personalised nature of live astrological sessions, we generally do not offer refunds for completed readings. However, we honour the following:
- Cancellations with >24 hours' notice: You may receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
- Cancellations with <24 hours' notice: The session fee is non‑refundable. You may reschedule one time for a $25 administrative fee.
- Technical Issues: If technical difficulties on our end prevent the session from occurring, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
- Missed Appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted us, the full fee is forfeited.
2. Written Reports & Digital Products
Natal chart PDF reports, transit guides, and other digital downloads are non‑refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue with file access, please contact us within 7 days, and we will ensure you receive the materials.
3. Monthly Subscriptions (Lunar Keeper)
Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a cycle.
4. Gift Purchases
Gift certificates and gifted readings follow the same cancellation and refund terms as standard purchases. The recipient may reschedule according to our standard policy.
5. Exceptions & Satisfaction
We deeply care about your experience. If you are unsatisfied with a reading for any reason, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the session. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we are committed to understanding your concerns and will work with you to find a resolution — which may include a partial credit, a follow‑up discussion, or another form of reconciliation.
6. How to Request a Refund
All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the contact information below. Please include your full name, the date and type of service purchased, and a brief explanation of your request. We will respond within 3 business days.
