Welcome to Lunar Wisdom. By accessing or using our website, booking a reading, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our site or services.

1. Nature of Services

Lunar Wisdom provides astrological, educational, and spiritual guidance services. All readings, reports, and consultations are intended for personal reflection, insight, and empowerment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You acknowledge that any decisions you make based on our services are your own responsibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using this site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Appointments: All sessions are scheduled in advance. Please arrive on time for video or phone calls. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods as indicated at checkout.
• Currency: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that life moves in cycles. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments ("no‑shows"), are non‑refundable. You may reschedule up to one time without penalty if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video recordings, and astrological reports — is the property of Lunar Wisdom or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our site and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment. Harassment, abusive language, or any form of inappropriate behaviour during a reading will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Lunar Wisdom does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Astrological insights are subjective and should not be construed as guarantees of future events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunar Wisdom, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
